Classes are taught by the Master himself Marcelo Saporito for adults and children, regardless of gender and age, starting with heating, followed by new positions taught by the Master and finally a free training in order to fix the past positions at the beginning of class as well as improve the technical and physical abilities of each student.
The trainings are conducted with athletes from different grades so that learning can be passed on from senior to the lower-level, in a constant cycle of learning and exchange of experience.
